The sandwich that started it all. We got the idea to turn our delicious bread into Sandwiches at the 2008 Taste of Key West. That’s where the Ciabatta-Lotta was born. Our twist on the traditional New Orleans-style Muffuletta combines three meats, three cheeses, our own olive salad with our famous Ciabatta bread. The debut was a huge success and a sandwich shop was born.
The Ciabatta-Lotta features Boar’s Head Ham, Mortadella, Salami, Provolone, Mozzarella & Swiss, with Olive Tapanade on Ciabatta Bread. It’s a big sandwich, but it’s the kind of sandwich that tastes even better the second day. Comes with a choice of Chips or our famous Homemade Potato Salad.

Created in 1937 and perfected in 2008. If Robert Cobb, who invented the Cobb salad from a refrigerator full of leftovers, had a loaf of Cole’s Peace Ciabatta Bread on hand that night in 1937, things would have turned out differently. Our Cobba-Lotta Sandwich takes the traditional Cobb salad and makes it more portable.
The Cobba-Lotta is composed of Roast Turkey Breast, Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Bleu Cheese, Boiled Egg, Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion with a drizzle of Raspberry Vinaigrette and served on our famous Ciabatta Bread. Comes with a choice of Chips or our famous Homemade Potato Salad.

It’s not a Cuban Mix without real Cuban Bread. The basis for the Cuban Mix, as any good local will tell you, is the bread. We think our Cuban Bread is the most authentic on the island. It is made fresh 7 days a week, by hand, from a traditional recipe. It’s the real thing. We even sell it at Fausto’s Food Palace. When you combine this one-of-kind bread with Sliced Ham, Shredded Pork, Swiss Cheese, Mustard, Mayo, Pickles and Shredded Lettuce, you’ve got a great sandwich. Toast it in a “Plancha” or Cuban Sandwich Press until the meat and cheese fuse their flavors and the bread is slightly crusty on the outside, and you have a lunchtime experience that you can’t get anywhere else in the country. This is not your Mom’s Ham and Cheese Sandwich…
…unless your name is Sammie and your Mom is our C.I.A. -trained chef who invented it. Sammie’s Mom combines Maple Glazed Ham, Smoked Gruyere Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion with a freshly-prepared Spicy Chipotle Sauce. We serve it on sliced French Sourdough, but you can order our Ham & Smokey Cheese Sandwich on any of our fresh breads. Comes with a choice of Chips or our famous Homemade Potato Salad.

Our Italian Mix Sandwich combines the finest Genoa Salami, Cappicola and Mortadella with Provalone Cheese and fresh Tomato and Red Onion; add Balsamic Vinaigrette and our freshly-prepared Basil-Garlic Mayonnaise and serve it on Cole’s Peace’s own fresh-baked Cuban Bread, and you’ve got a sandwich.
