French Sourdough

This is our original Pain au Levain, but we got tired of explaining what the name meant, so now we simply call it French Sourdough. The progenator of this loaf (and don’t ask me to explain that) dates back to the 1980’s.

Ingredients: All Natural Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour, Levain Starter, Kosher Salt, Water & Yeast.

Weight: Approximately 600 grams.
