Chef’s Dinner Fundraiser

My wife Cathy and I attended a chef’s dinner a couple of weeks back and I just have to share it with you. Keith St. Pierre is the chef / owner of The Cafe on Southard St. He asked his friend Chris Otten who owns Bad Boy Burrito and is a 2 time James Beard House chef to give him a hand in the kitchen. This is a copy of the menu. The meal was in a word, outstanding. The funds being raised were for the impact fees associated with Keith’s newest venture, The Porch, a wine bar on Caroline St that is slated to open this summer. That’s how we do things in Key West. Have a great time, raise a little money.
