The Mechanical Cavalry Has Arrived
We have been struggling mightily at Cole’s Peace. Our steadfast spiral mixer threw a bearing last week and we’ve been in a real fix. You can’t make great artisan bread without a spiral mixer. Lucky for us were able to mix our Cuban bread over at Goldman’s Deli. Thanks Mark, for your generous help. Key West would be lost without it’s Cuban Bread. Our artisan breads have had to go on hiatus for the past few bakes but starting today we are BACK. Thanks to all for their understanding and thanks to are entire staff for making the best of a bad situation.
