Our Italian Mix Sandwich combines the finest Genoa Salami, Cappicola and Mortadella with Provalone Cheese and fresh Tomato and Red Onion; add Balsamic Vinaigrette and our freshly-prepared Basil-Garlic Mayonnaise and serve it on Cole’s Peace’s own fresh-baked Cuban Bread, and you’ve got a sandwich.
Traditionalists will want to have it toasted in our Cuban Sandwich press, or you can order it plain on any of our fresh sandwich breads. Comes with a choice of Chips, our famous Cole’s Slaw or Homemade Potato Salad.
