Ciabatta
Our version of the traditional Ciabatta is a very versatile small, flat loaf. In thin slices, it makes a great dinner bread or for dipping in olive oil. Sliced lengthwise in becomes the basis for grilled pizza. We use Ciabatta for two of our favorite sandwiches, the Ciabatta-Lotta and the Cobba-Lotta.
Ingredients: All Natural Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour, Kosher Salt, Water & Yeast.
Weight: Approximately 300 grams.
