Olive Fougasse
This short, flat bread made with olive oil and milk is laced with Kalamata Olives. It has developed a dedicated local following. If you want one, you had better come in early.
Ingredients: All Natural Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Milk, Kosher Salt, Water, Yeast, Kalamata Olives.
